Fix the junction box for the coiled cable of the

Installation of the safety guard over the roll and/or drive
1. Place the holder profile on the consoles
and fix them on the mounting surface
above the console.
See fig. 4.23
2. Slide the sleeve over the box with the
mounting plate and attach it to the conso-
les using two times 2 X 2 M8 bolts (finger
tighten).
3. Place the safety guard onto the holder pro-
file and then decide whether the box is in
the right place (if necessary, move the box
until the safety guard is adjacent).

the wall guide. The mounting holes are pre-
drilled.
4. Tighten the M8 bolts.

Place the cover over the drive.
6. Slide the end cap to the driven side in the
safety guard and secure it with the sup-
plied self-tapping screws.
7. Attach the cover to the sleeve using the
supplied plastic nails. Drill holes through
the cover and in the box, and put the nails
there.

With this the mechanical part of the installation is finished. For the installation of the
operating system please see the relevant manual. The operating system can be supplied
with a magnetic switch or with a frequency controller. Please make sure you are using the
correct manual.
