HAND MIXER
Remove the plug from the socket. Push the large drive box (5) into the motor housing using a rotating
movement. Attach the whisks / kneading hooks one at a time in the openings on the underside of the
drive box. Simultaneously push and turn until the whisk / dough hook clicks. Note: the right and left
dough hooks are not identical. The left features a ring; the right does not have a ring. Do not interchange
the left and right dough hooks. The dough hook with the ring will only fit into the large hole.
To remove the whisks / dough hooks: first remove the plug from the socket. Pull the drive box out of the
motor housing using a rotating movement. Pull out the whisks / dough hooks. To use the beater, attach the
small drive box (6) to the motor housing. This is done in the same way as with the large drive box (5).
The whisks are used for:
1. - Blending
This is a good speed for coarse or dry ingredients such as flour, butter and baby food
2. - Stirring
Starting speed for liquid ingredients such as salad dressings
3. - Mixing
For mixing cake mix, for example
The beater is used for:
1. - Creaming
For creaming butter and sugar, desserts and other sweets
2. - Beating
For beating eggs, blending frosting, mashing potatoes, whipping cream, etc.

HAND BLENDER

Remove the plug from the socket. Push the blending staff into the motor housing using a rotating
movement. It can be removed by applying the same rotating movement. The tall mixing cup (8) is
especially practical when using the hand blender.
MINCER
Remove the plug from the socket. Attach the drive cover to the small drive box (6). Place the blade in the
bowl over the shaft. Once the ingredients have been chopped, the bowl can be closed using the lid. The
small bolt on the lid can be opened so the bowl can be used as a dispenser.
The mincer can be removed by pulling the drive cover from the drive box.
CLEANING
NEVER SUBMERGE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID!!
Remove the plug from the socket and disengage the accessories. Clean the motor housing with a damp
cloth. Clean the accessories (whisks, dough hooks, blender staff, and mincer) with soapy water. Rinse
thoroughly and dry. Take care with the blade, as it is very sharp!

1. This mixer is intended for household use only.
2. Never submerge the appliance in water or other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when operating this appliance around children or when
allowing children to use it. Never leave the mixer unattended where children may have
access to it.
4. Remove the plug from the outlet when the appliance is not in use, when attaching or
removing accessories and for cleaning.
5. Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, clothes and equipment well away from
the blades when in use. This will prevent injury and/or damage to the blender.
6. In the case of damage to the appliance or cord, we recommend that you do not use the
appliance, but return it to the point of purchase for repairs.
