5.2 Setting up

When transporting the upholstered furniture
product to its final destination, the following points
must be observed:
 The upholstered furniture product must only be
transported with two or more persons
 Provide the battery and mains adapter with
sufficient protection against damage during
transport
 Carefully lift the upholstered furniture product -
do not push or pull it.
 Only remove the packaging once it is at the final
position where it is to be set up.
 Do not open the packaging with sharp or poin-
ted objects
For proper and safe installation of the upholste-
red furniture product, it is absolutely necessary
for it to be positioned on a level surface.
If the surface that it is placed on is uneven, there
is the danger that the upholstered furniture
product may tip over.
