Your LG-P970 combines SMS and
MMS into one intuitive, easy-to-use
menu.

Sending a message

Touch icon on the home

screen and touch New message
to open a blank message.

Enter a contact name from
contact's list by touching
or enter a call number in the
To field. You can add multiple
contacts.
NOTE: You will be charged for
a text message for every person
you send the message to.
Touch Type to compose below

to start entering your message.
Touch Send to send your

message.
TIP! You can touch
attach the file you want to share
with your message.

The 160-character limit may
vary from country to country
depending on how the SMS is
coded and the language.
If an image, video or audio file is
added to an SMS message, it
will be automatically converted
into an MMS message, and you
will be charged accordingly.
NOTE: If you get an SMS message
icon to
during a call, there will be ring
notification.
The message screen opens, with
your message after recipient's
name. Responses appear on the
screen. As you view and send
additional messages, a message
thread is created.
