User instructions for SmartMover by Baron

1. Safety regulations

• Vital parts must not be wholly or partially defective.
• When steering on scaff olding, set the machine to low speed.
• When steering on uneven ground, set the machine to low speed.
• Always steer straight up ramps and slopes.
• Do not steer over high edges, as this can cause the machine to overturn.
• Only use approved batteries and the charger supplied.
2. Before commissioning, it must be ensured that
• There are no loose parts.
• The spring load on the speed regulator for the forwards/backwards is functioning.
With the battery switched on, the speed regulator must automatically jump back to the neutral
position after being pushed, whereby the wheels will stop rotating. If this does not happen, the
machine must not be used.
• The battery is charged.
• Before installing the battery, check that the contacts on the battery and the machine are free of
foreign objects.

3. Description

• Motorised trolley with turning, tilting suspension and forks.
• Steering direction forwards/backwards.
• Adjustable speed high/low.
• Steer with both pneumatic wheels.
4. Use of SmartMover
• Suitable for transportation of building materials, particularly brick packages/bricks on quarter
pallets.
• Suitable for carrying heavy loads on uneven terrain and on ramps/inclines.
