5 Montage
Bei der Montage des HYDAC Linear-Wegsensors ist darauf
zu
achten,
dass
keine
elektrischen Störfelder im Bereich des Sensors auftreten.
Unzulässige
Störfelder
beeinflussen. Im Bereich des Mess-Stabes darf die
Feldstärke max. 3 mT betragen.
Der Messwert wird berührungslos über das Magnetfeld des
Positionssensors auf den Sensorstab eingekoppelt. Die
Präzision der Messwerte ist u.a. abhängig von der
Symmetrie der Magnetfeldgeometrie. Das bedeutet für die
Mechanik, dass der Positionssensor zum Rohr zentrisch
angebaut, und axial parallel präzise zu führen ist.
Der Positionsmagnet darf nicht auf dem Maßstab schleifen.
Weiterhin muss für ein einwandfreies Magnetfeld beim
Anbau
des
Positionsmagneten
Befestigungsmaterial verwendet werden.
Abhängig von der Bauform des Zylinders kann der HYDAC
Linear-Wegsensor
von
Kolbenstangenseite her eingebaut werden.
Der HYDAC Linear-Wegsensor wird mit seinem Ø 48 mm
Flansch in einer Spielpassung eingebaut. Die Sensorstange
befindet sich in der Bohrung der Kolbenstange.

Inadmissible interference fields can influence the measuring

Depending on the cylinder design the HYDAC Linear-

Transducer can be installed from the head side, resp. the rod
side of the cylinder.
The HYDAC Linear-Transducer is mounted by its flange Ø
48 mm in a lose fit. The sensor rod fits into the bored piston
rod.
