The interface (write/read unit)
A suitable interface (write-read unit,
available as an accessory) is required to
program the data loggers. This interface
is connected to the PC and supplied
with power from there by means of the
Universal Serial Bus (USB, special ca-
ble available as an accessory).
Relative humidity
The warmer the air the more moisture it
is able to absorb until it is saturated. The
relative humidity is an indication of the
degree of saturation related to the cur-
rent air temperature.
If the air has a certain relative humidity
and if this air is heated, the value of the
relative humidity therefore falls. On the
other hand, if this air is cooled, the value
of the relative humidity increases.

Humidité relative
Plus l'air est chaud et plus il peut se
charger d'humidité jusqu'à son point de
saturation. L''humidité relative désigne
le degré de saturation rapporté à la tem-
perature de l'air à un moment précis.
Si l'air a un certain niveau d'humidité re-
lative et que cet air est réchauffé, sa va-
leur d'humidité relative diminue, si cet
air est au contraire refroidi, la valeur
d'humidité relative s'accroît.
