Juicing
Place the appropriate cone on drive

shaft (large for oranges and small for
lemons).
Have a juice container (cup) ready

of juice when the juice spout is turned
upwards.
After juicing, turn the juice spout

upwards so that it does not drip.
Cut citrus fruit into two halves.

Place one half of the fruit on the cone.

Push down the handle with the cone.

→ The cone starts to rotate.
→ The cone rotates only with
pressure from the handle or
with pressure on the fruit. If
you let go of the handle or the
fruit, the cone stops rotating.
→ The cone scrapes out the pulp
and squeezes the juice into the
juice tray.
The pulp and seeds remain on
the pulp strainer.
NOTE
Consume citrus juices immediately
and never store in a metal container.
Citrus juices are ideal for mixing.
For example, try mixing orange juice
with lemon juice. Lemon juice for an
extra vitamin C kick.
Freshly squeezed juice gives cocktails
a particularly tangy note and a better
taste.
Lemon juice also tastes great in hot
tea and additionally helps to
strengthen the immune system.

3 Cleaning

Before cleaning, always disconnect the
mains plug from the
plug socket. Never immerse the appliance
in water and make sure that no water gets
into the motor base.
IMPORTANT
Risk of damage!
Improper use of the appliance can result
in damage to the appliance.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents
or those containing solvents, or sharp,
scratching or metallic cleaning objects
such as knives, metal sponges and the
like. These can damage the surfaces.
Never put the motor base into the
dishwasher.
Cleaning the appliance
1. Disconnect the mains plug before
cleaning.
2. Disassemble the appliance so that all
parts are in front of you.
3. Clean the sieve insert, the pressing
cones and the juice container, the
drive shaft and the cover under
warm, running water. Alternatively,
you can also put these parts in the
dishwasher.
4. Wipe the motor base clean with a
soft cloth and some washing-up
liquid.
5. Rub all parts thoroughly dry.
