EN - BBQ GRATE/GRIDDLE
WITH A DIAMETER OF 60CM.
Suitable for use on fire bowls with
a diameter of 50.5 - 59cm.
When preparing dishes on the grate/
griddle for the first time, the protective
layer of paraffin must be removed. To
remove the paraffin, place the grate on a
heat source until the grate/griddle is hot
and warm. Once warm, wipe the paraffin
from the grate/griddle with kitchen
paper until the kitchen paper stops
absorbing paraffin. Finally lubricate
the grate/griddle with vegetable oil
(e.g. sunflower oil), then the griddle is
ready for use.
With this combination of a grate and
griddle you can bake and grill.
• The baking tray can be used for
baking small pieces of vegetables,
fish, small pizzas or meat.
• The grid can be used for grilling meat,
fish, chicken, hamburgers, kebabs,
sausages and vegetables.
Maintenance grate/griddle:
Never clean the grate/griddle with a
sharp or metal object. Do not clean a hot
grate/griddle with cold water; the grate/
griddle can distort.
Note: the grate/griddle is made of cast
iron and may rust. Do not use detergent
to clean the grate/griddle.
Clean the grate/griddle immediately
after use and then grease the grate/
griddle with vegetable oil (remove the
excess oil) before storing.
WARNING!: read and save this
information for future use. Be
careful when using this grate/griddle
above a fire bowl or open fire, as it
becomes very hot! Use heat resistant
gloves when you want to move the
grate/griddle when it is still hot.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Remove all decoration and packaging
before use.
