Weichdichtende Klemmringverschraubung für
den Anschluss von Kupferrohren nach DIN EN
1057, Präzisionsstahlrohren nach DIN EN 10305-
1/2 und Edelstahlrohren an Heizkörperarmaturen
mit Anschlussgewinde G 3⁄4 nach DIN EN 16313
(Eurokonus). PN 16 /max 95°C/Heizungsanlagen.
Wichtige Hinweise - bitte unbedingt beachten!

Anschlussrohr gerade ablängen, evtl. ent-
graten und kalibrieren.

Rohr im Anschlussbereich auf Rundheit und
beschädigungsfreieOberfläche kontrollie-
ren.

Verschraubung über das Anschlussrohr
schieben.

Das Rohr muss min. 2 mm (siehe Abb. 1)
aus der Verschraubung ragen, in dieser Po-
sition Verschraubung anziehen.

Überwurfmutter von Hand bis zum fühlba-
ren Anschlag anziehen. Anschließend die
Überwurfmutter mit Schlüssel (SW 30) über
einen ersten Widerstand (nach ca. 0,5 - 1
Umdrehung /ca. 10 Nm) hinweg bis zum
Anschlag (ca. 1,5 - 2 Umdrehungen) min. 40
Nm, max. 70 Nm anziehen.
Achtung:
– zu geringer Anzugsweg reduziert die Druckbe-
lastbarkeit und die Lebensdauer der Rohrver-
schraubung. Leckagen oder Herausrutschen des
Rohres sind die Folge.
– Bei Zugbelastungen müssen die Rohre zusätz-
lich fixiert werden.
– Bei thermisch bedingten Längenänderungen
der Rohre Dehnungsschleifen vorsehen.
– Die jeweiligen Hinweise der Rohr- bzw. System-
hersteller (z.B. Rohraufweitung) sind zu beachten.
– Keine Fette und Öle verwenden, sie können das
Dichtelement angreifen.
– Nach einer evtl. Demontage der Verschraubung
müssen die Einzelteile in der exakten Reihenfolge
und Lage zusammengebaut werden.

Anschluss an Fremdfabrikate:
Für den Anschluss der Verschraubung an ein
Fremdfabrikat muss der Stutzen außerdem die in
Abb. 2 aufgeführten Mindestanforderungen ein-
halten (zusätzlich Montageversuche durchfüh-
ren).

Soft sealing compression fitting for the
connection of copper pipes according to DIN EN
1057, precision steel pipes according to DIN EN
10305- 1/2 and stainless steel pipes to radiator
valves and fittings with male thread G 3⁄4
according to DIN EN 16313 (cone "Euro").
PN 16 /max. temperature 95°C/ heating sytems
Important information - to be strictly observed!

Cut pipe at right angle, debur and calibrate
if required.

Check that pipe is undamaged and perfectly
round at the connection.

Push fitting over the connection pipe.

The pipe must project into the fitting at
least 2 mm (see illustration 1). Tighten fit-
ting in this position.

Tighten collar nut by hand and then, with a
30 mm spanner, tighten beyond first resis-
tance (after about 0.5 - 1 turn / approx. 10
Nm) up to full stop (approx. 1.5 - 2 turns)
min. 40 Nm, max. 70 Nm.
Note:
-Reduced torque also reduces the pressure load
capacity and tthe life expectancy of the pipe
connection. Leakage or slipping of the pipe
might be the result.
– The pipes have to be fixed, especially with
increased tensile strain.
– For thermal conditional changes of the pipe
lengths, expansion loops are to be fitted.
– The corresponding recommendations of the
pipe and system manufacturers are to be
observed.
– Do not use grease or oil as they may damage
the sealing element.
– After a removal of the fitting, the individual
components must be refitted in the correct posi-
tion, following the exact order of assembly.

other than Oventrop, the connection piece has to
fulfil the minimum requirements shown in illust-
ration 2 (carrry out additional installation tests.)
