CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE
This product is made of high quality material and great care has been taken in its
manufacture. It is designed to give good service, provided it is properly operated and
maintained. For your safety, please follow the instruction manual to prevent any possible
damage.
The warranty shall not apply in the following circumstances: if it has been dismantled by an
unauthorised person, connected to an incorrect mains voltage, or not used according to
operating instructions, or to accidental damage.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Conditions & Points to check:
Not making any distilled water
• Main power cord not plugged into power point or lid cord not plugged into base of the
distiller.
• No power to electrical outlet.
• Reset button not pressed.
Not making enough distilled water during each cycle
• Water not filled to maximum fill line.
• Lid gasket not sealing properly or up the wrong way.
• Collection bottle not placed directly under the spout.
Water or steam leaks from spout
• Carbon sachets not properly placed in the nozzle.
• Collection bottle not correctly lined up with distiller.
