Installing a gear actuator onto the butterfly valve DN150/DN200
1. The four M10 hexagon screws must first be put into the provided recess on the top of the adapter plate
2. Align the adapter plate so that the labeling F10 points in the direction of the handwheel
3. Mount the gear with the four M8 screws and tooth wheels (4x) from below
4. Set the gear to closed (yellow arrow towards the axis of the wheel)
5. Plug insert with the flat wing upwards into the groove (pointing towards handwheel)
6. Open the handwheel until the four M10 screws point to the holes of the body and the square of the
insert points to the shaft
7. Put gear actuator on the butterfly valve
ATTENTION: Yellow arrow must point towards the axis of the handwheel when flap is closed.
8. Fix the gear with tooth wheels and nuts (4x) to the body from below
ATTENTION: End positions have to be set up with screws located on the side of the gear
housing (under black caps).
9. Attach the four black caps
