Dear customers,
our products are subjected to a strict quality control. Should this appliance, in spite, not operate perfectly, we
regret this very much, and request you to contact our service address listed on the guarantee card. We are
readily available to answer any of your enquiries under our service hotline telephone number stated on the
guarantee card. For to assert warranty claims – without your legal rights being restricted thereby – the following
conditions apply:
1. Warranty claims can only be raised within a period of max. 3 years, calculated from the date of purchase.
Our guarantee provision is restricted to the removal of material and production errors, or the exchange of
the appliance. Our guarantee provision is free of charge for you.
2. Warranty claims have to be immediately raised respectively following the obtaining of knowledge. The
assertion of warranty claims after the period of the guarantee has expired is ruled out, unless the
warranty claims are raised within a time-limit of 2 weeks following the expiry of the period of the
guarantee.
3. Please send postage paid the defective appliance to the service address, enclosing the guarantee card
and the sales slip. If the defect falls within the scope of our guarantee provision, you shall receive a
repaired or new appliance: No new period of guarantee commences with the repair and exchange of the
appliance. The determining factor remains the period of guarantee of 3 years from the date of purchase.
This applies also in the case of the employment of an on-site service.
Please observe that our guarantee extinguishes in the cases of misuse or improper use, non-observance of
the safety precautions applying for the appliance, applications of force or interventions which were not performed
by the service address authorised by us.
Defects to the appliance or damages which are not (or not anymore) covered by the scope of warranty, through
which the guarantee extinguishes, are remedied by us against a reimbursement of costs. Please send the
appliance for this to our service address.
