Charging the Batteries in the 4-Bay Desktop Charger

The headlight battery packs or 4-bay charger console may warm up during charge mode.
This is normal and not a malfunction. Avoid skin contact to these areas during these times.
• The 4-bay desktop charger is intended for keeping fully charged replacement batteries ready for use.
• The batteries are fully charged after approx. 10 h.
• Position the console in a safe position on a table top that is protected from dangers of spillage and fire
near a wall box.
Application
• Insert the charging cable.
• The red/orange LEDs light up.
• Insert the batteries into the chambers.
Ensure that the batteries are properly aligned and fully inserted into the chamber.

After Completion of the Application

Even improper depositing can cause damage to the products. Care should therefore be taken when
handling the product.
Deposit the products properly and transfer to processing in accordance with chapter 5 "Cleaning,
Disinfection and Sterilization", page 44.

Meaning
Battery is being charged.
Battery is fully charged.
No battery inserted or no contact.
Fully re-insert the battery.
Battery defective.
Try another battery.
