10 Cleaning

Only use a dry and solvent-free, soft cloth for cleaning.
11 Fuse change
WARNING
Danger to life due to the electrical voltage at the base station!
Only an authorised electrician may open the device.
¾ Always disconnect from the mains network and secure against unintended activation before open-
ing.
¾ Disconnect external voltages and secure against activation.
If the fuse is defective, the outputs of the 24 V version are free from voltage. The remaining
electronics still function (e. g. LED lights).

Solution
Enter the last four digits of the device serial num-
ber.
Resend the command; if the duty cycle is exceeded
do this after one hour at the latest.
Eliminate radio interference..
Observe the display in the app.
Have the device checked by a specialist dealer.
Replace the device.
Wait until the device is ready.
Solution
Change the batteries of the wall thermostat, per-
form a radio test, reposition the wall thermostat if
necessary, replace a defective wall thermostat.
Change the position of the wall thermostat or use
a repeater.
