My bodycam shows unwanted behavior
This can have several causes. The most common problem is that functions are used that are not compatible
with each other. This can happen if different functions are used that require more memory than is available in
the device. Deactivate some functions (e.g. pre-recording or WLAN streaming) and check whether the
problem persists.

Transport, installation and storage

Packaging & Transport
Send the product exclusively in the original packaging provided for this purpose and an additional outer
carton. This ensures that the product is not damaged during shipping.
Storage
Make sure that the battery is not completely discharged. For storage, remove the battery from the device
and store it in a separate place. Please note that the housing of the Impakt BC200 should only be opened
by qualified personnel. Opening the housing will void the warranty.
