Before cleaning, please pull the power plug and allow the unit to cool down!
Do not immerse the base unit (A) in water of any liquids!
Use only a moist cloth to clean the base unit.
After processing very salty and acidic food, rinse the blade right away. Always
hold it by the upper plastic part when cleaning.
When processing fading food, like carrots the plastic parts of the appliance
may become discoloured. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing
them in the dishwasher. After cutting onions or garlic, clean the bowl immedi-
ately.
All other parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Before putting the items into
the dishwasher, remove excessive contaminations in the sink or with paper
towels. Allow the parts to dry fully before the next use.
Do not use metal or sharp items to clean the unit, because these may dam-
age the surfaces. Do not use aggressive chemicals or similar materials.
