WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE

iBricks Solutions AG – headquartered in Bösin-
gen, Switzerland – provides a 2-year manufactu-
rer's warranty for this product. This warranty is
limited to material defects that have arisen due to
manufacturing, production, or material faults. The
prerequisites for this are proper installation, com-
missioning, and operation of the device in accor-
dance with the specifications in these instructions
as well as the current regulations and standards.
Defects resulting from use, wear and tear, dama-
ge or improper handling are not included in this
warranty.
The warranty extends exclusively to the replace-
ment or repair of the defective product. A reduc-
tion in the purchase price due to defects is exclu-
ded.
The warranty explicitly does NOT include any
compensation for consequential damage, costs
for installation/removal, temporary measures,
fault analyses by third parties, transport costs and
the like. The customer must ensure that the de-
fective product is properly removed, that the ins-
tallation is secured in accordance with regulations
and standards during the repair work, and that the
repaired or replaced product is properly installed
again.
The costs for this are explicitly NOT part of this
warranty and are NOT assumed by the manufac-
turer. The provision of a replacement device during
the replacement or repair period to guarantee the
installation in the event of a defect is not part of
the warranty. The manufacturer, dealer or installer
may offer such a replacement for a fee or attach
it to certain contractual conditions (maintenance
contract or extended warranty).
The customer bears the costs of sending the de-
vice to the manufacturer or dealer in any case. A
free return of the replaced or repaired device is ba-
sed on goodwill and can be refused by the manu-
facturer or dealer.
The legal basis of the headquarters of iBricks So-
lutions AG (Switzerland) applies.
Further or country-specific statutory warranty
services, which result from the import, the form
of distribution (e.g., right of return in the case of
online sales) or special forms of contract, are the
responsibility of the respective dealer and are not
granted by the manufacturer.

DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
This device must not be disposed of with normal
household waste; it must be sent for separate
recycling of electrical devices.
You must observe the respective national regula-
tions for the disposal of electronic devices. Dispo-
se of the device at an official disposal point (waste
disposal/recycling centres, communal collection
points, etc.) or take it back to the dealer where you
purchased it.
Under no circumstances may the device be
burned, dumped, or left in a body of water. It must
also be kept away from children.
