Why is the in-ear wearing detection insensitive or too sensitive?
•
o Make sure that the contact area of the earphones is clean and water-free.
o Make sure that the fingers which touch the earphones are without water
or foreign objects.
o If it is unable to connect after the above operation, please turn off the
Wireless of other mobile phones close to your mobile phone and restore
factory settings before connecting.
Why can't my product connect to the wireless device again?

o The earphones will be disconnected if they are out of the connection rage
of 15 meters. The earphones will automatically shut down if they are not
back in the connection range within 5 minutes.
o If the earphones fail to connect to the wireless device again withing 5
minutes, please put the earphones into the charging case and close the
lid, and then take them out.
Why is one of my earphones without sound after I take them out?

o If this problem occurs, please put the earphones into the charging case
and close the lit, then take them out.
