POSTURA CORRETTA
› Feet should be flat on the floor.
› The foot should be at approximately a 90° angle with the calf.
› The calf should be nearly vertical.
› The calf should be at approximately a 90° angle with the thigh.
› The thigh should be almost horizontal.
› The thigh should be approximately a 90° angle with the upper body.
› The upper body should be kept straight.
› La pianta del piede poggia sul pavimento.
› Il piede forma un angolo approssimativo di 90° con il polpaccio.
› Il polpaccio è approssimativamente verticale.
› Il polpaccio forma un angolo approssimativamente di 90° con la coscia.
