Water supply cut off
Aerator clogged/dirty
Filter clogged/dirty at solenoid valve
Solenoid valve defective
Mixing cartridge clogged/defective
Flow pressure too low
Cable plug-connector between battery
compartment and sensor washbasin mixer
severed
Connection cable kinked or broken
No battery power available
Cleaning mode active
Sensor detection zone not properly adjusted
Sensor window scratched/dirty
Interfering refl ections from washbasin
Polarity of plug between electronic module
and solenoid valve reversed
Sensor detection zone set too small
Solenoid valve defective
Interfering objects in detection zone
Continuous water fl ow active
Flow pressure too high
Sensor window scratched/dirty
Sensor washbasin mixer is aff ected by
infl uences from the room (mirror, metal
surfaces, glass washbasin, etc.)

Remedy
Turn on water supply
Clean or replace aerator
Clean or replace solenoid valve
Replace solenoid valve
Contact KEUCO customer service
Increase fl ow pressure
Establish cable plug-connection
Replace defective cable and component
Check battery, replace as necessary
Wait until end of cleaning mode
Adjust detection zone
Carefully clean sensor window
Adjust detection zone
Connect plug connection properly
Increase size of sensor detection zone
Replace solenoid valve
Remove objects from detection zone
Cancel continuous water fl ow, or wait
Check fl ow pressure, set to 0.5 - 5.0 bar
