Starting up the refrigerator

NOTICE
Risk of damage to property!
If the refrigerator has been carried on
its side, lubricant from the compressor
may have got into the refrigeration
circuit.
If possible, do not tilt the refrigerator
into a horizontal position.
Allow the refrigerator to stand upright
for 2 hours before starting it up. This
gives the lubricant time to flow back
into the compressor.
• Switch off the fuse for the mains socket
to which the refrigerator is connected. A
signal tone will sound, and the refrigerator
light (6) will illuminate when the door is
opened.
