Suitability of integration

Parameters used for the suitability of integration:
Adhesive used:
· Adhesive: Jowat 1K (695.15)
· Quantity applied: 175 g/m²
Bonding parameters:
· Adhesive applied with notched spatula
(size A3)
Side panel material used:
· Material: chipboard P2
· Format: 360 mm wide, 600 mm hight,
19 mm thick,
· Manufacturer: Egger
· Decor: W980 ST2 platinum white
· Norm: EN14322
· The above mentioned tests were completed with positive results: following all of the tests, the
bond still provided the fitting with a perfectly firm hold.
· Assuming that the bond is correctly made, this means that the adapter's surface is suitable for
bonding.
· Note: From the results presented here it is not possible to draw any general conclusions with
regard to the suitability of the specified adhesive and gluing method for other application
cases / materials.
The following tests were conducted in accordance with DIN EN 14749 Level 3:
· Endurance test: DIN EN 15828
· Safety tests:
DIN EN 15828
· Strength test:
DIN EN 15828
· Alternating atmosphere -25°C/40°C 20 % r. h. and 70°C 30 % r. h.
Conclusion
The flap fittings satisfy the requirements laid down in hardware standard EN 15828.
If the prescribed dimensions, weights and all demands regarding installation safety are
compliance with the specifications, the flaps are suitable for meeting the safety requirements
defined in furniture standard EN 14749.
The cabinet maker / retailer shall in all cases be responsible for ensuring that furniture placed on
the market meets the requirements laid down in EN 14749.
