A/C HEAD ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
1) Remove the hex nut (1) from the A/C HEAD POST (4)
of the MAINBASE.
2) Remove the A/C HEAD ASSEMBLY (2) from the
MAINBASE.
3) Remove the A/C HEAD SPRING (3) from the A/C
HEAD ASSEMBLY (2).(Fig.26.)
NOTE
After reassembling, adjust the TAPE TRANSPORTING
SYSTEM, referring to ADJUSTMENT OF THE TAPE
TRANSPORTING SYSTEM.
After adjusting the TAPE TRANSPORTING SYSTEM
spread the A/C HEAD, A/C NUT, AZIMUTH SCREW and
TILT SCREW with LOCKING PAINT.
L/C BRACKET ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
1) Remove the screw (1) from the L/C BRACKET
ASSEMBLY (2).
2) Remove the L/C BRACKET ASSEMBLY from the
MAINBASE (3).(Fig.25.)
PINCH LEVER TOTAL ASSEMBLY
REMOVAL
1) Remove the POLY WASHER (3) from the PINCH
LEVER POST of the MAINBASE.
2) Unhook the PINCH LEVER SPRING (4) from the hook
of the MAINBASE (5) and remove the PINCH LEVER
TOTAL ASSEMBLY (9).
CAUTION
Take care not to coat Grease, Oil or other substances on
the surface of the PINCH ROLLER (10).
CAM GEAR, RELAY LEVER AND F/L
RACK REMOVAL
1) Remove the CAM GEAR from the MAINBASE.(7)
2) Remove the RELAY LEVER (6) from the
MAINBASE.
3) Remove the F/L RACK (8) from the MAINBASE by
pulling it in the direction of the arrow.

ENTFERNEN DES AUDIO-STEUERKOPF-
BAUSATZES
1) Entfernen Sie die Sechskantmutter (1) vom AC-HEAD-
PFOSTEN (4) der Hauptgrundplatte.
2) Entfernen Sie den AUDIO-STEUERKOPF-BAUSATZ
(2) von der Hauptgrundplatte.
3) Entfernen Sie die AUDIO-STEUERKOPF-FEDER (3)
vom AUDIO-STEUERKOPF-BAUSATZ (2).(Abb.26.)
HINWEIS
Nach dem Zusammenbau muß das
BANDTRANSPORTSYSTEM unter Bezugnahme des
Kapitels EINSTELLUNG DES
BANDTRANSPORTSYSTEMS eingestellt werden.
Nachdem Sie das BANDTRANSPORTSYSTEM eingestellt
haben, bestreichen Sie den AUDIO-STEUERKOPF,
AUDIO-STEUERMUTTER, AZIMUTH-SCHRAUBE und
KIPPSCHRAUBE mit SPERRLACK.
ENTFERNEN DES H/N-KLAMMER-
BAUSATZES
1) Entfernen Sie die Schraube (1) vom H/N- KLAMMER-
BAUSATZ (2).
2) Entfernen Sie den H/N - KLAMMER-BAUSATZ von der
Hauptgrundplatte (3).(Abb.25.)
ENTFERNEN DES ABSCHNÜRHEBEL-
GESAMTBAUSATZES
1) Entfernen Sie die UNTERLEGSCHEIBE (3) vom
ABSCHNÜRHEBEL-PFOSTEN der Hauptgrundplatte.
2) Haken Sie die ABSCHNÜRHEBEL-FEDER (4) aus
dem Haken der Hauptgrundplatte (5) und entfernen Sie
den ABSCHNÜRHEBEL-GESAMTBAUSATZ (9).
VORSICHT
Achten Sie darauf, daß Sie kein Schmiermittel, Öl oder
sonstige Substanzen auf die Oberfläche der
ABSCHNÜRROLLEN schmieren (10).
ENTFERNEN VON NOCKENSTEUERUNG,
RELAIS-HEBEL UND F/L-EINSCHUB
1) Entfernen Sie die NOCKENSTEUERUNG von der
Hauptgrundplatte.(7)
2) Entfernen Sie den RELAIS-HEBEL (6) von der
Hauptgrundplatte.
3) Entfernen Sie den F/L-EINSCHUB (8) von der
Hauptgrundplatte, indem Sie ihn in Richtung der Pfeile
drücken.
