Lubricating the Belt
Please Note!
Only ever use 100% silicone oil for
treadmills. Do not use petroleum-
based lubricants!
Apply the silicone oil to the bottom of
the belt, definitely not to the running
surface.
Before reaching under the belt, the
device must be switched off and the
mains plug pulled out.
To protect the floor covering, place a
mat under the device or perform the
lubrication on an easily wipeable floor.
The belt (1) was lubricated by the
manufacturer. But as the lubricant
evaporates over time, it should generally
be lubricated roughly once a year or
every 100 operating hours, depending on
which comes first.
If the belt is not sufficiently lubricated,
the level of friction increases significantly.
This causes wear and tear to the device
parts. It should therefore be lubricated
whenever you notice an increase in
friction on the belt.
We recommend checking whether
lubrication is required every 30 operating
hours or after 30 days of daily use. To
do this, switch off the device, pull out
the mains plug and reach under the belt
with your hand. If the bottom of the belt
feels oily, lubrication is not required. If
the belt is completely dry, it needs to be
lubricated.
A silicone oil for treadmills is required for
this.
If the oil is in a bottle, proceed as follows:
1. Start the device and set a medium
speed.
2. Remove the cover of the lubricant
opening (3).
3. Pour silicone oil into the lubricant
opening.
22
4. Allow the belt to run for a while
so that the silicone oil can spread
around.
5. When it runs more quietly and
smoothly, it is sufficiently lubricated.
Otherwise add even more silicone oil.
Oil spray is applied directly to the bottom
of the belt:
1. Lift up the belt slightly.
2. Apply a few short sprays to the
bottom of the belt from the side. The
spray tube should be as horizontal as
possible so that the full width of the
belt is sprayed.
3. Turn the belt a little bit more and
spray the dry areas.
4. Keep doing this until the whole of the
belt has been lubricated.
Remove excess silicone oil from the
device after lubrication.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not work properly,

problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an
electrical device yourself!
The device does not work.

Correct the fit of the mains plug.
The plug socket is defective.
Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
Check the fuse of the electrical
