SETTING UP THE DEVICE

Please Note!
Do not set up the device in main
entrances or emergency exit routes.
Choose the set-up location so that
there is sufficient space behind and
next to the device to get on and off it.
Place the device on a dry, stable and
horizontal surface.
Only connect the device to a plug
socket that is properly installed and
matches the technical data of the
device. The plug socket must also be
readily accessible after connection so
that the connection to the mains can
quickly be isolated.
Make sure that the connecting cable
does not present a trip hazard.
Lay the connecting cable in such
a way that it does not become
squashed or bent and does not come
into contact with hot surfaces.
If possible, the device should be placed
by a standing table or height-adjustable
desk so that you can support yourself.
1. Place the device on the floor. In
the case of carpets, be aware that
the ventilation openings on the
bottom of the device must remain
clear. Place a mat under the device if
necessary. Also protect delicate floor
coverings (laminate, parquet etc.) with
a mat.

To make it easier to move
the device, at the front it has
transport castors (4). Lift up the
device at the rear end and roll it
to the location you want.
2. Fully unwind the connecting cable (8)
and connect it to a plug socket.

INSERTING THE BATTERY

Before you first use the device, a 3 V
button cell CR 2032 (not supplied with
the device) must be inserted into the
remote control as follows:
1. The battery compartment is located
on the back of the remote control.
Insert a coin or similar object into the
slot in the cover and twist it a little
until the cover is released.
2. Take off the cover.
3. Insert a 3 V button cell (CR 2032)
into the battery compartment. Pay
attention to the polarity (+/-), the
positive pole must be facing upwards.
4. Insert the cover and twist it shut.
If the remote control stops working,
replace the battery.

USE

Tips For Healthy Training
The room should be well ventilated
during training and not be subject to
a draught.
Do not train if you are feeling tired or
exhausted.
Never train on a full stomach. Do not
eat anything for approx. one hour
before and after training.
Always remember that the body
needs a lot of fluid during sporting
activity. Place a drinking bottle close
by.
Train regularly over a long period of
time.
We recommend two to three training
sessions per week. Start off with
20-minute training sessions and
gradually increase them to around 30
minutes.
Start with a slow tempo and increase
this gradually until you reach the level
you want.
