■ Do not use sharp objects to
unpack the appliance.
When cleaning, please note:
■ Never use soap or any harsh,
granular, soda-based, ac-
id-based, solvent-based or
abrasive cleaners. All-pur-
pose cleaners with a neu-
tral pH are recommended.
■ The door seals can be dam-
aged by unsuitable clean-
ing agents. Use care prod-
ucts only on the outer
surfaces.
■ Use only soft cloths for
cleaning.
■ Ensure that water does not
enter the electrical compo-
nents.
Risks when using a
blender
WARNING
Risk of short-circuit!
■ The blender can be oper-
ated in hand-held blend-
er mode for up to 1 min-
ute and in food processing
mode for up to 2 minutes.
Make sure to stop operation
for at least 2 minutes after
this in order for the motor
unit to cool down. The mo-
tor unit can overheat and
become damaged if this is
not observed.
CAUTION
Risk of injury!
Improper handling of the ap-
pliance may lead to injuries.
■ Exercise caution when us-
ing, cleaning or exchang-
ing the blender staff and
blender cup. They have
sharp blades.
