Changing the brushes

Dismount right broom swing, loosen headless
screws and dismount broomswing from carry frame
and pull axle.
Take out all the destroyed brushes and put new
ones back.
Place the brushes on the drum. Each brush has to
be rotated with 90° compared to the previous one
(see upper picture). If the brushes can move freely
dismantle the mounted flange and add one brush
and check again and add one more if needed.
DO NOT FORGET TO TIGHTEN THE
MOUNTED FLANGE SCREWS.

Sweeper use and driver training

The Sweeper must only be used by people who
have received instruction and training in correct
sweeper use. The driver must possess a valid
driver's license for the tractor in compliance with
national road traffic regulations.
The sweeper must only be repaired and serviced by
people who have the required technical expertise.
The driver must report any faults or defects
concerning the sweeper to his superior or to the
owner of the sweeper. The driver must immediately
attempt to correct any faults or defects concerning
the sweeper which arise during use.
In addition, appropriate use of the equipment also
involves taking note of and following the servicing
and maintenance procedures. Appropriate use
also means only using original spare parts and
accessory equipment or parts and equipment that
officially meet the technical requirements of the
manufacturer. All other forms of use are prohibited.
If the equipment is not used appropriately, there is a
risk of the following:
• Health hazards for the operator or third
parties
• Damage to the tractor and attachments
• Damage to the environment
• Immediate invalidation of the warranty
With a view to avoiding and reducing the risk of
accidents, the following must be applied without
restriction: the relevant accident prevention
regulations and the generally accepted rules
of safety, occupational health and road traffic
legislation.
Any modifications to the sweeper and/or additional
accessories that have not been authorised by
the manufacturer will invalidate the warranty and
absolve the manufacturer from all liability for loss or
damage that is attributable to the modifications.
