Cleaning

Clean the machine thoroughly and frequently. Use
water when cleaning the machine after sweeping
salty material, it prolongs the machines life.
REMEMBER: Never put water directly in the
bearings or casing. At long time storage at the
machine you should put acid free oil on the
machine.
Remove dirt from the brushes.

Dismounting the Sweeper

Never position the sweeper directly on the brush
when the machine is dismounted, but use the
delivered support legs and wheels support .
When removing the side plates and the drum, the
sweeper frame must be held in position by the
suspension to avoid tilting.
The parts must be disassembled in the
following order to avoid injury:
1. Hydraulic hoses connecting the tracktor
2. Protecting cover
3. Right Side plate (remember to support the
drum when removing this plate)
4. Brush lock
5. Drum with brushes
6. Chain's box and Left side plate
7. Hydraulic cylinder
8. Remove Hitch
9. Middle console .
10. Remove wheels support
