NexusValve Vivax and 3-section actuator (in primary circuit)
The NexusValve Vivax valve is a combination of a pressure-independent flow limiter and a control
valve that maintains a constant flow irrespective of any fluctuations in pressure.
Together with the actuator, it combines an automatic flow limiter with a two-way control valve. When
given complete control authority, the valve reacts immediately and regulates the flow in accordance
with the signal sent e.g. by a room thermostat. The NexusValve Vivax valve prevents the system from
overflowing at any time.
Configuration:
The NexusValve consists of a presetting unit which functions like a manual circuit regulation valve, an
actuator, a differential pressure regulator, measurement points, a fluctuation jet and a valve housing.

Functions:
The internal valve parts are configured as
insertable units. The complete insert can be
taken out for ease of system flushing. Once the
insert has been removed, a blind cap (which
also serves as a flow presetting tool) is fitted to
ensure the housing is leak-tight during
flushing.
