2. INTENDED USE

- The WEH TVR200 Check valve has been exclusively designed for reliably preventing
®
return flow in a gaseous or liquid media flow.
Î Never use the WEH
- WEH Check valves were only developed for reliable return flow prevention. They
®
are not designed to be used as filling or safety valves. The separation or shut off
between different media or a medium and vacuum also does not represent a
fundamental intended use. If you have such an application or a similar application,
please contact us!
Note: The TVR valve has not been designed for use as a body that creates a complete
seal between two operating media, or one operating medium and the atmosphere or a
vacuum. The functionality of the inner seal depends on the pressure differential in the
seal direction along with many other operating conditions.
Î Only use the WEH
and tested for that purpose. For automotive application, products with special
approvals are required.
- The WEH Product is outfitted with an FKM seal as a standard feature. Other sealing
®
materials are available on request. Before using the product, please check the media
compatibility of the seals with your application.
- Only install the WEH
sides and the system is operated at nominal load. Operation of a system at partial load
can cause flow disruptions that take effect in the form of vibrations or noises.
