Demontage und Montage
- Auf der Turbinenseite die Führungsplatte (90170)
mit 6kt-Schrauben (51011) am Gaseintrittsgehäuse
befestigen. Am Ende des Führungs- / Verlänge-
rungsrohres (90210) zur Sicherung eine Schrau-
be oder Haltebolzen (90220) anbringen (s. Fig.
5-22/4).
- Adapterplatte (90214) und Abziehbüchse (90215)
am Berstschutz (57200) montieren (Fig. 5-22/5).
Vorsicht ! Zuerst Adapterplatte und Abziehbüchse
montieren, erst dann Berstschutz nach
vorne ziehen
- Berstschutz (57200) über die Führungsstangen
(90218) und Führungsrohre nach vorne ziehen bis
zur Luftaustrittskante.
- Anschlagseil (90217) um das Führungsrohr schlin-
gen und mit 2 Schrauben (74004) am Luftaustritts-
gehäuse befestigen (Fig. 5-22/6).
- Berstschutz am Seil anhängen, Kantenschutz be-
nutzen. Hebebock entfernen.
Berstschutz entfernen.
- Adapterplatte (90214) und Abziehbüchse (90215)
vom Berstschutz (57200) entfernen.
- Die 4 Führungsstangen (90218) entfernen
Abdeckring ersetzen
- Abziehbüchse (90215) auf das freie Ende der Füh-
rungsrohre aufziehen bis zum Anschlagseil.
- Mit Hebebock (90450) das freie Ende der Füh-
rungsrohre stützen.
- Anschlagseil (90217) entfernen.
Vorsicht ! Zuerst die Führungsrohre mit Hebebock
sichern, erst dann Anschlagseil entfer-
nen.

- At the turbine end fix the guide plate (90170) to
the gas inlet casing with hexagon head screws
(51011). At the end of the guide / extension tube
(90210) fit a screw or locking pin (90220) to secu-
re it (see Fig. 5-22/4).
- Fit adapter plate (90214) and extractor bush
(90215) to rupture protection (57200) (Fig.
5-22/5).
Caution !
- Pull burst protection (57200) forward over the
guide studs (90218) and guide tubes up to the
edge of the air outlet.
- Sling hoisting rope (90217) around the guide
tube and secure to air outlet casing with 2 screws
(74004) (Fig. 5-22/6).
- Suspend burst protection on the rope, use edge
guard. Remove lifting jack.
Remove burst protection.
- Remove adapter plate (90214) and extractor
bush (90215) from rupture protection (57200).
- Remove the 4 guide studs (90218)
Replacing cover ring
- Press extractor bush (90215) on to the free end
of the guide tube up to the slinging rope.
- Support the free end of the guide tube with lifting
jack (90450).
- Remove the hoisting rope (90217).

only then pull rupture protection forward
First support the guide tube with lifting
