Demontage und Montage
Vorsicht ! Sicherungs- und Federringe grundsätz-
lich erset zen.
- Lager (32100) - soweit wie möglich - von Hand
einschieben (s. Fig. 5-11/2).
- Zentrifuge (32150) montieren.
- Gewinde und Kontaktflächen der Ringmutter
(32151) mit Molykote D oder DX (weiss) schmie-
ren.
- Ringmutter (32151) - soweit wie mög lich - von
Hand einschrauben (s. Fig. 5-11/2).
- Festhaltevorrichtung (90030) mit 6kt-Schrauben
(90031) montieren.
- Lager (32100) und Zentrifuge (32150) mit Wellen-
endmutter (32151) und Steckschlüssel (90050)
max. zwei Umdrehungen auf die Welle aufpressen
(s. Fig. 5-11/3).
Vorsicht ! Masse K1 und K2 messen und die Spiele
L und M rechnen, siehe Abschn. 4.5.

Caution !
- Push the bearing (32100) in by hand as far as
possible (see fig. 5-11/2).
- Fit the centrifuge (32150).
- Coat threads and contact surfaces of the ring nut
(32151) with Molykote D or DX (white).
- Screw on the ring nut (32151) by hand as far as
possible(see fig. 5-11/2).
- Fit the fixing tool (90030) with the hex.-headed
screws (90031).
- Press the bearing (32100) and the centrifuge
(32150) with the shaft end nut (32151) and box
spanner (90050) onto the shaft for a max. of two
turns (see fig. 5-11/3).

Mesure dimensions K1 and K2 and cal-
culate the clearances L and M accor ding
to sec. 4.5.
