Warning! Risk of scalding from hot water
or pipes. Allow the system to cool down if
necessary.
Before installation, remove the dust caps
from the cylinder connections.
Always ensure pressure-tight water connec-
tions.
Seal all screw connections appropriately.
Connection to solar circuit
Connect the solar circuit as per the installation and operating
instructions for the solar station (3.0) at the solar circuit flow
(1.71) and solar circuit return flow (1.72).

Hot and cold water connections
Install the hot and cold water connections in accordance with
the valid technical regulations. Note the operating pressure.
Use a pressure reduction valve (6.13) if necessary.
Do not fit any kind of shut-off or throttle
device between the cold water connection
(1.52) on the cylinder and the safety valve
(6.11, set to 6 bar).
Allow discharge from the safety valve to drain
correctly and without polluting the environ-
ment.
Tip:
Install the safety valve (6.11) at the top of the storage cylin-
der. You will then be able to carry out maintenance and any
repairs on the safety valve, without the need to drain the
cylinder.

Always ensure that all hot pipes are insulated
with appropriate lagging.
Ensure a pressure-tight and airtight seal of
any unused connections with a suitable blind
plug.
Danger! Danger of scalding at hot water
taps. Install a hot water mixer (6.21) between
the hot water connection and the hot water
taps, adjustable from 30° to 65 °C.
Install the individual components as described in their indi-
vidual installation and operating instructions.
