Problem
Air does not come out of
the vent in the RC handle
body.
Control valve does not
open.
RC control valve does
not close.

Cause
Twinline hose is clogged or
pinched.
Safety drain valve is still
open.
Air feed to abrasive
blasting machine is not
sufficient.
RC handle channels are
clogged.
Incorrect connection of
TWINLINE hose.
Control valve failure.
Solution
Disconnect the Twinline hose and ensure that
it is not clogged.
Close the safety drain valve.
Dismantle the control valve, all
parts should rotate freely.
Remove the key and clean it.
Check connections and change them if they
are incorrect.
Disassemble the valve and ensure that it
functions properly.
