6.3 Decommissioning

6.3.1 Switch off

Version without speed control:
1. Pull out the electrical mains plug
Version with speed control:
1. Press the Start/Stop button of the frequency inverter
• The pump unit stops, the green operation LED
disappears
2. Pull out the electrical mains plug
6.3.2 Procedures for shutting-down
The compact booster unit is disconnected from the power
supply.
1. Close ball valve
2. If available, connect the inlet to the tank.
3. Open drain plug 1 and empty the tank.

Improper operation
Damage to the pump system!
 Ensure that all local requirements are achieved, in
particular the Machinery Directive and the Low-
Voltage Directive.
 Check electrical wiring before start-up.

The frequency inverter is motor-mounted and self-cooling. It
