• For safety reasons, any unauthorised conversion and/or modification to the product is not permitted.
• Adjustments or maintenance should only be carried out by trained professionals who are aware of the dangers.
Improperly executed adjustments might result in dangerous laser radiation.
• Only use batteries to supply the power.
• When operating the laser equipment, always make sure that the laser beam is directed so that no one is in the pro-
jection area and that unintentional reflected beams (e.g. from reflective objects) cannot be directed into areas where
people are present.
• Laser radiation can be dangerous, if the laser beam or its reflection enters unprotected eyes. Therefore, before using
the laser equipment, familiarise yourself with the statutory regulations and instructions for operating such a laser
device.
• Never look into the laser beam and never point it at people or animals. Do not use optical instruments for this either.
Laser radiation may result in injuries to the eyes or skin.
• Do not point the laser beam at mirrors or other reflective surfaces. The uncontrolled, reflected beam may strike peo-
ple or animals.
• Never leave the laser in operation unattended.
• If possible, restrict the range of radiation by using screens or partitions.
• Wherever possible, direct the laser in such a way that it does not cross eye level.
• Caution - If operating devices other than those mentioned herein or if other procedures are used, this can
result in a dangerous beam being exposed.
• The product is equipped with a laser of laser class 2 according to EN 60 825-1: 2007. Laser signs in different lan-
guages are included in the package. If the sign on the laser is not written in the language of your country, please
affix the appropriate sign onto the laser.
CAUTION LASER RADIATION
DO NOT STARE INTO THE BEAM
CLASS 2 LASER PRODUCT
Output: <1mW
Wavelength: 532nm
EN 60 825-1: 2007
• Never look directly into the laser beam when the device is in operation. The intense light rays could temporarily
impair your eyesight. Moreover, they may trigger epileptic seizures for vulnerable persons. This applies in particular
to epileptics.
• The device is not a toy. Children and adolescents cannot judge the dangers of electrical devices and lasers.
• Inspect the laser unit from time to time for damage. Should the laser device have any damage disconnect it from the
power supply (remove batteries). Do not use the product afterwards, instead take it to a specialist workshop.
• Never position containers containing liquids, such as glasses, buckets, vases or plants, in the direct vicinity of the
product. Liquids may seep into the casing and thus impair the electrical safety of the device. If this should happen,
the product must not be operated any longer. Take it to a specialist workshop.
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures, dripping or sprayed water, strong vibrations or heavy mechanical
stress.
• Do not place open sources of fire, such as burning candles in the vicinity of the device.
• If you have doubts about how the equipment should be operated or how to connect it safely, consult a trained tech-
nician.
• Do not leave packing materials unattended. It may become a dangerous plaything for children.
• Do not operate the device when it is unattended.
• Do not use the device in a tropical climate.
• If you have any questions that are not answered in this instruction manual, please contact our technical support cen-
tre or consult a professional.

Inserting/Replacing the Batteries
Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
Ensure the polarity is correct, when inserting the batteries.
Remove the batteries when the device is not in use for long periods of time.
Leaking or damaged batteries can cause burns if they come into contact with the skin. You should
therefore wear suitable protective gloves.
Make sure that batteries are not short-circuited or thrown into a fire. Do not attempt to recharge the
batteries. This could lead to a risk of explosion.
Do not use batteries with a different levels of charge, or from different manufacturers, at the same
time.
• Remove the cover of the battery compartment on the bottom of the device.
• Insert two 1.5V micro-batteries (AAA) into the battery compartment with the correct polarity. The correct polarity is
stated on the base of the battery compartment.
• Fix the cover of the battery compartment again.
• If the laser becomes darker or no longer operates, the batteries are discharged and have to be replaced as described
above.
Operation
Never point the laser beam directly at persons or animals.
• When holding the Laser in hand, point the laser outlets (1) away from you.
• Press the laser button (5) once to switch on the laser.
• As long as the button is being pressed the Laser is switched on and the mode indicator (4) is lit.
• Turn the function swith (3) backwards, to project a star sky effect. By turning the Laser lens (2) this effect can be
changed.
• Turn the function switch (3) forward and slightly move the Laser. Random laser outlines are projected.
• With a little practising you can produce a variety of laser outlines by moving.
• Unscrew the Laser lens (2) and turn the function switch (3) backwards to project a point.
Maintenance
Remove the batteries before cleaning the laser.
Make sure that the inside of the device does not get wet or damp.
Only use a soft, slightly moistened cloth or a brush for cleaning the device's exterior, especially the laser outlet (1).
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as these may damage the surface of the housing.
