A FEW STEPS TO PERFECT PREPARATION
8. To start the shredding process, first press the pressure switch at level 1 and increase or
decrease the pressure on the button to adjust the speed accordingly. During processing, hold the
motor unit with one hand and the 500 ml container with the other hand.
9. After use, unscrew the motor unit from the lid of the 500 ml container.
10. Then remove the lid from the 500 ml container.
11. Carefully remove the blade.
12. Remove the processed foods from the 500 ml container.
NOTE CHEESE/PARMESAN/CHOCOLATE
If you want to chop hard cheese, chocolate or hard vegetables/fruit such as parmesan or carrots with
the 500 ml container, it is important to cut the ingredients into small pieces beforehand, otherwise they
can get stuck with the knife and container. Then the knife inserts breaks. We also recommend not to
use level 4 directly, but to use the smallest level 1 of the mixer and this pulse-like - until the large pieces
have been chopped up. After that, you can use the highest level 4 and grind the cheese into small
pieces.
Soft cheese is not suitable for shredding in the 500 ml container, as it has the property of sticking to the
knife insert, as it will stick due to its consistency and it is therefore very likely that the knife will break.
