    Mengen Feuchtigkeit und Schmutzpartikel enthalten sind, muss das Messgas entsprechend aufbereitet werden. Das führt besonders an ständig wechselnden Entnahmestellen sehr häufig zu Problemen. Der TGAK-3 dient der qualifizierten Gasaufbereitung an ständig wechselnden Einsatzorten. Bitte beachten Sie die Angaben der Datenblätter hinsichtlich spezifischen Verwendungszwecks, vorhandener Werkstoff- kombination sowie Druck- und Temperaturgrenzen.

Trennen Sie das Gerät bei allen Arbeiten vom Netz. Sichern Sie das Gerät gegen unbeabsichtigtes Wiedereinschalten. Das Gerät darf nur von instruiertem, fachkundigem Personal geöffnet werden.

    Portable gas conditioning system TGAK-3 3 Aufbauen und Anschließen Es ist darauf zu achten, dass der TGAK-3 auf einer ebenen, sicheren Unterlage steht. Beachten Sie auch, dass die zulässige Umgebungstemperatur eingehalten wird. Die Konvektion des Kühlers darf nicht behin- dert werden. An der seitlichen Lüftungsöffnung muss ausreichend Platz zum nächsten Hindernis sein (min- destens 10cm).

    Messgaspumpe automatisch ein. Beim Modell CSP4xxxx (ohne Messgaspumpe) ist darauf zu achten, dass vor Aufnahme der Messung alle Warn-LED´s aus sind und der TGAK-3 seinen Betriebszustand erreicht hat, da es sonst zu Feuchte- durchbrüchen kommen kann. Blinkt während des Betriebes die Temperaturanzeige im Display auf der Frontplatte, ist der eingebaute Messgaskühler überlastet (siehe auch Gliederungspunkt 6.1 Fehlersuche und -behebung).

    3 Installation and Connection The TGAK-3 has to be set on a levelled and safe surface. Do not exceed the ambient temperature for effi- cient operation. Keep the ventilation opening on the right side of the unit clear and free. Therefore the space on the right side must be at least 10cm (4’’).

    The TGAK-3 is equipped with a moisture detector. This detector will signal a water slip in case the cooler is overloaded or has a break down. The red LED in the upper left display will turn on. The detector controller must be reset by pushing the reset button.
