Please read all instructions carefully
before beginning with the installation!
Operating environment:
1. The Skimmy filter pump is a light-duty filter system
and is suitable for use in homes.
2. The Skimmy filter pump can filter out contaminants.
Note:
The components provided are height-adjustable
(the vertical position of the standing components can be
adjusted by loosening the bolt), the extension bar and clip
are fixed in place with flat-head Philips screws and hex
nuts to prevent the equipment from floating up in the pool.
Environmentally friendly disposal
Electrical appliances may no longer be disposed of with
normal household waste, and must be disposed
of separately. Disposal at communal collection
points by private individuals is free of charge.
Owners of old appliances are required to bring
these appliances to the collection points or to make ar-
rangements for disposal at a similar collection point. With
a little effort, you too can ensure that valuable raw mate-
rials are recycled and that contaminants are disposed of
properly.
Installation and method of operation
The filter pump is attached to the pool wall with this clip at a parti-
cular water level.
Water flows from here, through the filter insert, into the pump.
The floating lid remains at the water surface—water flows from
the slit in the floating lid into the cartridge. The position of the floa-
ting lid changes with the water level, but it does not detach itself
from the cartridge.
This component adjusts the height.
The water is filtered and flows into the pump housing. The pump
then transports the filtered water back into the pool.
Caution
1. Do not use the pump when there is no water
in the pool
2. Before the filter pump is started-up, please
check that all cables and the plug are in
perfect condition.
3. Voltage and frequency must comply with
those stated.
4. The transformer must be kept at a distance
of at least 3,5 meter from the pool.
5. The transformer and plug must be kept dry.
6. Before servicing the pump and cleaning the
particle filter, make sure that the transformer
has been disconnected from the electricity
supply.
7. If the power cable is damaged, the pump
must not be used.
8. This device is not for intended for use by per-
sons (including children) with limited physi-
cal, sensory or mental abilities or those with
lack of experience and/or lack of knowledge,
unless they have been given the task by a
person responsible for their safetyor have re-
ceived instructions on how to use the device.
9. Children should be superviced to ensure that
they do not play with the device.
10. If the connecting cable on this deviceis da-
maged, it must be replaced by the manufac-
turer of his After Sales Service or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid hazards.
11. Do not lift or move the pump by pulling on
the power cable.
