Establish the Bluetooth connection to the helmet

If using the Bluetooth Helmet Connector PB-HC2, connect this with
one of the helmet plugs of an operative motorbike communication system.
Various Bluetooth Extension Sets, e.g. for Honda, Harley, etc., are
provided with a12V connection, then connect the marked connection to the
on-board power supply and switch on the devices.
When you purchase the Plug-and-Play Bluetooth helmet connector and
the Bluetooth helmet set together, they are ready to be used immediately.
The system is working, if the LEDs at the PB-HC2 are flashing.
LED-indication:
synchroneous red and blue blinking: Partner not available

Control tone for Duplex communication on: low high
It is always possible to switch to Stereo transmission by shortly pressing the
Bluetooth operating button. Please note, that than it's necessary to switch
back to Duplex transmission, if the intercom is requested. Operating by
PowerCom Bluetooth Gateway with operating device PTT-button (VOX
On) or with separate Bluetooth operating button.
Due to the characteristics of the system, the transmission quality and the maxi-
mum speed for a communication on a motorbike is less when using Bluetooth
instead of cables. When using a voice-operated system (VOX) on PB-HC2 it is
therefore possible to additionally adjust the microphone sensitivity (3).

Additional functions if using an AKE PowerCom System

! Automatically powering, easy assembly, no charging necessary.
! Recognition of all activated and connected Bluetooth and/or wired
helmet sets for an automatic Intercom connection as soon as at least two
helmets are used (starting series 05).
! Automatic Intercom disconnection when driving solo. The Bluetooth
connection to the helmet will automatically switch to stereo mode, if
only one helmet is connected and the other helmet is out of reach.
! Automatically activating Duplex connection when using two-way radio,
mobile phone or Intercom.
