Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Produkt ist zum Anschluss an einen IBM-kompatiblen PC vorgesehen
(USB- oder PS/2-Port) und dient dort z.B. zur Bedienung des Betriebssy-
stems.

USB-Anschluss
Verbinden Sie den USB-Stecker mit einem freien USB-Port Ihres PCs. Der
PC braucht dabei nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Windows erkennt neue
Hardware und installiert die benötigten Treiber. Da die Treiber in Windows
integriert sind, ist kein Treiber-Datenträger im Lieferumfang.
PS/2-Anschluss
Schalten Sie den PC aus und trennen Sie den PC von der Netz-
spannung (z.B. Netzstecker ziehen), bevor Sie die Maus an- oder
abstecken. Andernfalls kann das Mainboard und auch die Maus
beschädigt werden!
Verbinden Sie danach den mitgelieferten PS/2-Adapter mit dem USB-Stek-
ker der Maus. Stecken Sie den PS/2-Stecker in den PS/2-Mausport des
PCs. Wenn Ihr PC über mehrere PS/2-Ports verfügt, so beachten Sie das

Prescribed Use
The product is designed to be connected to an IBM compatible PC (USB or
PS/2 port) and serves eg for operation of the operating system.

USB connection
Connect the USB plug with a free USB port of your computer. Doing this,
the PC does not need to be switched off. Windows recognises the new
hardware and installs the necessary drivers. Since the drivers are
integrated in Windows, there is no driver data carrier included in delivery.
PS/2 connection
Switch off the PC and separate the PC from the mains voltage (eg
pull the mains plug) before you plug in or unplug the mouse. If not,
the mainboard and also the mouse may get damaged!
Afterwards, connect the PS/2 adapter included in delivery with the USB plug
of the mouse. Insert the PS/2 plug into the PS/2 mouse port of the PC. If
your PC has several PS/2 ports, please check in the manual for the PC or
the mainboard to make sure you find the correct connection (if need be, note
the colour labelling of PS/2 plug of the mouse and the PS/2 jack of the
