In a hazardous situation or during an accident,
immediately pull the plug out of its socket.
The appliance can be shipped using its original pack-
aging or with similarly well-padded packaging
material.
WARNING!
Never operate a defective device or a de-
vice with a defective power cable.There
is a risk of getting an electric shock.
Before you contact our customer service team, please
check if you can solve the problem yourself first.
Note!
If you are unable to solve a problem yourself or in the
event of a planned return shipment, please contact
an authorized Fakir service centre or a trained techni-
cian in your country.
Please ensure you have the item number and
device/model description at hand before calling the
hotline. You will find these details on the appliance's
information label.
WARNING!
Repair and maintenance work should only
be carried out by trained specialists (e.g.
Fakir customer service). Only original Fa-
kir replacement parts are to be used. Ap-
pliances that have not been professionally
repaired and maintained pose a risk to the
