• WARNING: make sure that no persons or animals are ever
exposed to radiation from the lamp. Do not stare directly at
the light emitted by the device. This could be harmful and
cause injury to eyes.
• WARNING. UV-C radiation can be very dangerous for the skin and
eyes. It is important that when any UVLOGIKA SYSTEM users
exposed to radiation always wear a UV face mask, gloves and
protective clothing and have read the precautions for use of these UV-
C lamps.
• WARNING: it is necessary to perform an analysis of the constituent
materials of objects receiving UV radiation, as they are subject to
irreparable damage in the medium to short term; for example, care
must be taken with (non-exhaustive list):
- Materials that are permanently present in the environment and which
could degrade.
- Chemical elements in the environment that may interact or activate
with UV .
- Works of art made with UV-sensitive materials.
• The level of UV energy supplied by the device is sufficient to ignite
flammable substances. Appropriate measures must be taken to
eliminate this risk.
• UV radiation causes changes in many materials. UV radiation can fade
and degrade paints and other materials over time, such as certain
plastics. Care should be taken to place the device at a sufficient
distance to avoid these problems.
• During the installation phase, it is strongly recommended to use
UVLOGIKA SYSTEM in combination with an adequate timer in order
to program the ignition of the lamp in the time slots which require an
actual need for sanitization, in order to avoid the risk of accidental
exposure to UV-C rays and to increase the lamp duration.
