BEFORE USING YOUR MILL FOR THE FIRST TIME
Please read the user guide carefully and follow
the instructions to prevent any deterioration of
the quality features of your product. Examine
your mill to ensure there are no visible signs of
damage having occurred in transit. Maintenance
should be limited to cleaning the mill and everyday
maintenance. Any other work must be performed
by a specialist. Any repairs performed incorrectly
could result in injury to the user.
The manufacturer will not accept liability arising
from any abuse, use or treatment not in accordance.
HOW TO USE YOUR MILL
You have chosen a Peugeot Electric pepper mill or
Salt mill. Here are a few illustrations to guide you
(pages 14-15).
Installing batteries
• Detach the motor unit from the reservoir
• Take the motor out by pressing the clips inwards
using a pointed object (e.g. pencil...)
• Place 6 mercury-free alkaline batteries, type
AAA/LR03, into the compartment provided.

• To place the motor back into the motor unit,
bring them together as shown in the diagram
• Reposition the motor unit
Filling your mill
The spice vial features as a special funnel for easy
refilling of your mill. Push down on the cap in the
center to open the fennel before first use
Remove the motor unit and fill the reservoir
