USING THE LITHIUM PACKS

Use with Lenz heat products

Remove the contact protector from the lithium packs (Fig. 1.4).

Place the lithium packs in the intended position (see figure A, B, C, D, E.).

Press the lithium packs onto the snap fasteners until they audibly snap into place (Fig. F).

The lithium packs can be operated conveniently, either manually through the visual control

window or the textile (Fig. G), or optionally via the Lenz heat app on a smartphone.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

When using the heated product, the optimal heating power is only produced when all heated
￭
products, textiles and socks you are wearing are dry.
Do not operate the device at the highest heating power for longer than several minutes.
￭
Always set the product to a low or medium heat output to maintain a comfortably warm
￭
temperature (the heater should be virtually unnoticeable).
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The lithium packs have three operating modes: POWER OFF – STANDBY – IN USE. They are
indicated with the heat setting display (Fig. 1.2) on the lithium packs and the remote control. The
number of illuminated LEDs corresponds to the selected heat setting.
POWER OFF:
The lithium packs are completely turned off and the heat setting display (Fig. 1.2) is permanently off.

They can only be switched on with the control button (Fig. 1.3) of the lithium packs.

Note:
The lithium packs cannot be switched to the POWER OFF mode manually!
If there is no heatable textile or charger connected to the lithium packs, the lithium packs
automatically switch to the POWER OFF mode after 12 hours!
(If you are using the Lenz heat app* to control your lithium packs remotely, the app must also be
closed on your smartphone in order for the lithium packs to be able to successfully switch to the
POWER OFF mode.)
IN USE:
The lithium packs supply the connected heatable textile with power.

STANDBY:
The heat setting display (Fig. 1.2) flashes briefly at an interval of 2.5 seconds.
