Entnahmesystem Titrette® für Bag-in-Box-Container
Loading System Titrette® for Bag-In-Box Container
Hinweis:
• Sicherheitsbestimmungen, Einsatzausschlüsse und Einsatzbeschrän-
kungen der Titrette® beachten (siehe Gebrauchsanleitung).
• Die max. Förderhöhe beträgt ca. 1,2 m.
• Bag-in-Box-Container unterhalb der Titrette® platzieren.
Funktion und Einsatzgrenzen
Das Entnahmesystem dient dazu, die Titrette® über
eine Schlauchverbindung an Großgebinde anzu-
schließen. Die Verbindung zum Schlauch wird über
ein M 6-Innengewinde im Adapter (D) hergestellt. Bei
richtiger Handhabung kommt die dosierte Flüssigkeit
nur mit den folgenden chemisch resistenten Materia-
lien in Kontakt:

Borosilikatglas, Al O , ETFE, PFA, FEP, PTFE, Platin-

Einsatzausschlüsse
Das Entnahmesystem niemals einsetzen
1. mit Rückdosierventil. Vor Gebrauch Rückdo-
sierventil in Stellung „Titrieren" drehen. Dann
Ventilhebel nach oben abziehen und Verschluss-
kappe Rückdosierventil Titrette® (B) aufstecken.
2. für Behälter, die unter Druck stehen.
3. für Flüssigkeiten, die Borosilikatglas, Al
ETFE, PFA, FEP, PTFE, Platin-Iridium angreifen.
4. für Schwefelkohlenstoff (CS

5. Suspensionen (z.B. Aktivkohle), da feste Teil-
chen das Gerät verstopfen oder beschädigen
können
6. konzentrierte Säuren und Basen, sowie un-
polare Lösungsmittel, die stark quellend auf
Kunststoffe wirken (z.B. Toluol, Benzol)
7. Das Gerät darf keiner aggressiven Atmosphäre
ausgesetzt werden (z. B. HCl-Dämpfe).

Functions and limitations of use
The loading system is used to connect the Titrette® to

bag-in-box containers via a tube connection. The con-
nection to the tube is made via an M 6 female thread in
the adapter (D). When the instrument is correctly used,

the dispensed liquid comes into contact with only the
following chemically resistant materials:
