•Best catch performance is across the pattern
•When using two or more detectors, cross the patterns for best coverage
• Select a location that is most likely to intercept an intruder
moving across the coverage pattern.
• The recommended mounting height range is 2 m to 2.6 m.

- Circuit Board
NOTE: The mounting surface should be solid and free of
vibration.
• Remove the cover by inserting a thin, flat blade screwdriver
into the notch at the bottom of the cover and prying up.
• Remove the circuit board by pressing a circuit board retainer
tab toward the side of the enclosure and lifting the circuit
board up and out of the enclosure base.
• Remove the mirror by sliding it out of its tracks.
NOTE: To change the mirror, simply remove the current mirror
and slide the other mirror into the tracks.
• Open an appropriate wiring knockout and route the wiring
through.
• For strain relief, attach the cable to the Cable Tie / Strain relief
with the plastic tie-down supplied.
• Follow the procedures below for surface mounting, corner
mounting, or bracket mounting.
Surface or Corner Mounting
• Open two holes for either surface or corner mounting.
• Using the enclosure as a template, mark the location for the
mounting screws.
NOTE: Depending on the surface, choose appropriate mounting
hardware (e.g., anchors, etc.)
• Firmly mount the detector, then replace the mirror and circuit
board.
Bracket Mounting
• Mount the bracket to the mounting surface using the mounting
instructions supplied with the bracket.
• Knockout the bracket mounting hole in the enclosure base
and attach the enclosure to the bracket using the mounting
instructions supplied with the bracket.
• Replace the mirror and circuit board.
