Demontage und Montage
- Ringmutter (32151) mit Steckschlüssel (90050)
lösen und von Hand anziehen bis zum Anliegen
an der Zentrifuge (s. Fig. 5-11/4).
- Festhaltevorrichtung (90030) demontieren.
Steckschlüssel mit eingraviertem Anzugswinkel
+ Steckschlüssel (90050) aufstecken und in der ra-
dialen Verlän gerung der "0-Marke" (rechte) an der
Zentri fuge (34150) eine Markierung anbringen (s.
Fig. 5-11/5).
Steckschlüssel ohne eingravierten Anzugswinkel
+ Das in der Tabelle angegebene Sehnenmass "S"
mit Hilfe der Schiebelehre auf den Steckschlüssel
(90050) übertragen und den Schlüssel markieren
(s. Fig. 5-11/5a). Schlüssel aufstecken und in der
radialen Verlängerung der ersten Marke (rechte)
an der Zentri fuge (34150) eine Markierung anbrin-
gen.

- Die Ringmutter (32151) durch Schla gen mit dem
Kupferdorn (90048) auf den Dreh stift (90261) festzie-
hen, bis die zweite Markierung auf dem Steckschlüs-
sel (90050) mit der Markierung an der Zentrifuge
(32150) übereinstimmt. Dabei den Steckschlüssel
(90050) von Hand stützen (s. Fig. 5-11/6).
Vorsicht ! Um einen besseren Rundlauf zu gewähr-
leisten, den Rotor zwischen den einzel-
nen Schlägen mit Steckschlüssel (90050)
und Ringmutter (32151) jeweils um 180
drehen (s. Fig. 5-11/6).

- Release the ring nut (32151) with the box spanner
(90050) and tighten by hand until it rests on the
centrifuge (see fig. 5-11/4).
- Dismantle the fixing tool (90030).
Box spanner with marked angle of torque
+ Attach the box spanner (90050) and make a mark
on the centrifuge (34150) corresponding to the ra-
dial extension of "0-mark" (right). (see fig. 5-11/5).
Box spanner without marked angle of torque
+ Use a slide gauge to transfer the length of the
chord S, given in the table, to the box spanner
(90050) and mark it (see fig. 5-11/5a). Attach the
box spanner and make a mark on the centrifuge
(34150), corresponding to the radial extension of
the first mark (right).

- Tighten the ring nut (32151) with the copper
mandrel (90048) by hammering on the tommy bar
(90261) until the second mark on the box spanner
(90050) corresponds to the marking on the cen-
trifuge (32150). Support the box spanner (90050)
with your hand when doing this (see fig. 5-11/6).
Caution ! In order to ensure a better true running,
turn the rotor between each stroke of
the mandrel by 180° each time with the
box spanner (90050) and the disc nut

(32151) (see fig. 5-11/6).
