Demontage und Montage
Vorsicht! Sicherungs- und Federringe grund-
sätzlich ersetzen
- Lager (34100) - soweit wie möglich - von Hand
einschieben (s. Fig. 5-9/2)
- Zentrifuge (34150) montieren (s. Fig.5-9/2)
- Gewinde und Kontaktflächen der Ringmutter
(34151) mit Molykote D oder DX (weiss) schmie-
ren.
- Ringmutter (34151) - soweit wie möglich - von
Hand einschrauben (s. Fig. 5-9/2).
- Festhaltevorrichtung (90030) mit 6kt-Schrauben
(90031) am Siche r ungsflansch (34107) befesti-
gen.
- Lager (34100) und Zentrifuge (34150) mit Ring-
mutter (34151) und Steckschlüssel (90050) bis
zum Anschlag auf der Wellenschulter auf die Welle
aufpressen.
- Ringmutter (34151) mit Steckschlüssel
und von Hand bis zum Anliegen an der Zentrifuge
wieder anziehen.
- Festhaltevorrichtung (90030) entfernen.
Hinweis
Ist das verdichterseitige Lager ebenfalls
demontiert worden, so ist dieses Lager,
bevor die Ringmutter (34151) festgezo-
gen wird, einzubauen.

Caution !
- Push the bearing (34100) in by hand as far as
possible (see fig. 5-9/2).
- Fit the centrifuge (34150) (see fig. 5-9/2).
- Coat threads and contact surfaces of the ring nut
(34151) with Molykote D or DX (white).
- Screw on the ring nut by hand (34151) as far as
possible (see fig. 5-9/2).
- Fix the fixing tool (90030) to the locking flange
(34107) with the hex.-headed screws (90031).
- Press the bearing (34100) and centrifuge (34150)
with the ring nut (34151) and the box spanner
(90050) onto the shaft as far as the stop at the
shaft shoulder.
- Release the ring nut (34151) with the box spanner
lösen and tighten by hand until it rests on the centrifuge.
- Remove the fixing tool (90030).

Disassembly and assembly
Always replace locking rings and
washers.
If the compressor end bearing has been
removed as well, this bearing must be
installed before the ring nut (34151) is
tightened.
